What you Need to Know
- Minimum age to drive a Jet Ski alone is 25.
- A maximum of 3 total people can ride a Jet Ski. 1 Driver (included in the rental + 2 additional passengers)
- Our insurance DOES NOT allow switching out with additional passengers at the dock during a rental.
- Ages 13 and up can ride/drive with a jet ski driver 30 years of age and up.
- Must bring and show a valid Government ID. No Exceptions. No Refunds.
- We reserve the right to STOP the reservation at any time if wreckless or unsafe operation is observed.
- We reserve the right to deny service if person(s) are intoxicated and no refund will be provided. We have a breathalyzer on-site and will request a breath sample if we feel someone has been using alcohol over the legal limit.
- Be Early! Show up at least 30 minutes before your reservation. Being tardy will only cut into your reservation time so don‘t be late!
- If the total weight of the rider(s) is too much (400lbs total) we may require you to rent an additional Jet Ski if available. It’s for your safety.
- Jet Ski and Kayak Refund Policy – 100% refund if request is made before 24 hours of reservation. No refunds within 24 hour window.
- Nauticool Adventure’s Boat Refund Policy – We guarantee the best refund policy in town. We want you to have an amazing experience without the worry of being out money. If you don’t have fun, we will refund your money. If you decide to cancel for any reason, give us 72 hour notice and we will refund 100% **Less the 1.9% credit card transaction fee we do not get back. If it’s raining, we can either reschedule or refund 100% of your money. Mechanical issues no worries same 100% back (including the credit card fee we will pay for). We want you to have a great time and not worry about anything else other than being safe on the water.
